Engagement Structure

Each engagement is custom-scoped around the specific services the brand needs. We work on retainer, project, or hybrid structures. We don't run fixed packages. The strategy call is where we figure out the right structure for your situation.
Some are project-based and finish in 4–8 weeks — an audit, a product launch. Some are ongoing retainers that run 6+ months. We'll tell you what we recommend on the call based on what you're actually trying to accomplish.
Both. Some clients want a full operational takeover. Others want strategic input only. The engagement is structured around what you actually need, not a one-size-fits-all model.

Working With Us

No. We turn down a meaningful percentage of inquiries because we'd rather have fewer engagements done well than more engagements done shallowly. The strategy call is partly us deciding if we're the right partner for you, and partly you deciding if we're the right partner for you.
There's no hard minimum, but our work tends to produce the best return for brands doing $30k+ per month. If you're below that, the mentorship program at TheFBABros is usually a better fit until you scale up.
Yes. We work with sellers across multiple regions. Strategy calls are remote and ongoing engagement is fully remote.

Results & Expectations

Honest answer: it depends entirely on where you're starting and what we're working on. We won't promise specific revenue lifts or percentages because anyone who does is either guessing or lying. What we can promise is the quality of the work, the experience of the people doing it, and a clear engagement structure where you always know what's happening.
We define success criteria with you at the start of every engagement. Sometimes it's revenue. Sometimes it's profitability. Sometimes it's stabilizing an account that was at risk. The metrics depend on what you actually need.
We have a direct conversation about it. Most engagement issues are scope mismatches that can be solved by adjusting the work. If we're genuinely not delivering value, we'd rather end the engagement honestly than drag it out.

Pricing varies based on scope and depth. We'll walk through pricing in detail on the strategy call once we understand what you actually need. We don't list prices on the site because the right structure genuinely depends on the engagement.
